Yes - the scan loads the page in a real browser, not a static HTML parser, so links rendered client-side are collected the same way a visitor's browser would see them.
Anything that doesn't return a successful response within the timeout - 404s, other 4xx/5xx errors, DNS failures, and connection timeouts are all flagged as broken.
