What counts as a free scan?
Each tool has its own monthly free limit: Browser Audit 5, Security Scan 5, Repo Scanner 5 and SEO Optimizer 5. Scans uploaded from the CLI count toward the Repo Scanner limit. Website audits are always unlimited: a free account gets 5 a month with no wait, after that there is a 15-minute wait before re-auditing the same site. Free accounts keep score history for the last 5 scans. The Accessibility Extension has its own allowance: 5 scans a month without an account and 20 with a free account.
How does the free accessibility extension work?
Install it and scan right away, no account needed: 5 scans a month. A free Scanverra account raises that to 20 scans a month, and Pro, Team and Enterprise are unlimited. Every scan counts, re-scans included. Explore, fix code and exports are free on every plan and don't count. Scans run in your browser; page content is never uploaded.
How do team seats work?
The Team plan includes 3 seats. The plan owner invites teammates via a shareable link. All members get unlimited access to all tools and can see a shared usage dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a yearly plan?
Pro and Team are billed monthly only, no annual commitment.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is for organizations that need unlimited seats, SSO/SAML, API access, a dedicated account manager, and a custom SLA. Pricing is negotiated individually: reach out to discuss.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days, contact us and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
What is included in Scheduled Scans?
Scheduled scans run automatically at 8 AM UTC at your chosen frequency (daily, weekly or monthly). If your score drops by 10 or more points since the last scan, you get an email alert. The Free plan includes a weekly Website Audit of one site. Pro (10 schedules), Team (30) and Enterprise (unlimited) can schedule every tool, daily, weekly or monthly.
Do Free accounts get an API key?
Yes, one. Use it with the Scanverra CLI or the REST API: uploaded CLI scans count toward the free Repo Scanner scans, and API calls toward each tool's free limit. Pro, Team and Enterprise get more keys and unlimited scans. Create keys on the API Keys page.
